He superannuated in 2021 as CMD of the Delhi Finance Corporation. Prior roles include:

Shri Shrivastava began as an IPS probationer in 1983 and joined IAS in 1984. He's an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University (B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Physics), and holds an Executive MBA in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi.
His service across Goa, Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Arunachal Pradesh gives him unmatched exposure to India's administrative diversity.
