Welcome to IAStutor.com, a Delhi-based registered educational technology platform offering UPSC-focused online learning. By using our platform, you accept the following terms in accordance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if below that age.
• You agree not to misuse the platform in any way.

2. Platform Usage

• Account credentials must not be shared.
• You agree not to record, distribute, or mirror course/test content.
• Enrolled access is for individual learning use only.

3. Course Delivery

• All content is delivered digitally, and access timelines will be clearly communicated.
• In rare cases of technical delay, extensions will be provided fairly.

4. Refund & Cancellation

• Refund requests will be accepted only within 7 days of course purchase and only if content consumption is less than 10%.
• No refund will be given for test series, PDF materials, or downloadable notes.

5. Compliance & Dispute

• We comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding education, consumer rights, and online transactions.
• In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Delhi, India.

6. Intellectual Property

• All learning materials, videos, questions, mock papers, and branding elements are the intellectual property of IAStutor Pvt. Ltd.
• They may not be reproduced or shared without prior written permission.

7. EdTech Code Compliance

• IAStutor follows best practices recommended by the Department of Education and the voluntary EdTech code of conduct.
• We ensure transparency, fair pricing, no misleading ads, and content authenticity.
